Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and build automation frameworks for banking and aviation releases
- Lead functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across projects
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality gates
- Design test data strategies for regulated banking and aviation environments
- Mentor QA engineers on automation practices and code quality
- Report quality metrics, defect trends, and release-readiness to client stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shift testing left in the SDLC
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in QA with 3+ years leading automation efforts
- Hands-on with Selenium/Playwright, API testing, and CI/CD integration
- Experience designing test strategies for complex, integration-heavy systems
- Strong understanding of test data management in regulated environments
- Experience testing enterprise banking or aviation systems preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru; hybrid work model
Nice to have
- ISTQB certification
- Performance testing experience (JMeter, Gatling)
- Experience with contract or API testing frameworks (Pact, Postman/Newman)
