Process Definition
& Understanding: This is the first phase where customer requirement is carefully
analyzed and involves the following; Client requirement study Client process
understanding Target segment identification
Planning and Infrastructure: This is the second phase of engagement and is
undertaken based on the results of the first phase and the following are
determined; Time frame definition Requirements Detailing
After the time frame is ascertained, the Recruitment Plan is approved by the
client and the next phase begins.
Resource pipe-line is established using the Esika database and other sourcing
methods such as portal search and Workgroup networks. The first level screening
of profiles is done through research Evaluation techniques specific to each
skill set.
Scheduling and Co-ordination: This is the penultimate phase of engagement and
involves coordination between the candidate and the interview panels, scheduling
and Interview process management.
The final phase involves conducting /coordinating HR interviews, Offer
roll out and Transition Management.

Cross Functional Services:
During the process of engagement additional services such as Onsite Resource
Availability, Recruitment Advertisement management and coordinating Walk-In and
managing TA events at other locations are offered.
