IRP is a unique
product offering from Esika. Specifically aimed at situations in a corporate
where there is a need for an immediate Ramp-up or a JIT (Just-in-time)
recruitment drive or when there is a new Project or Product group that has to be
built from scratch. The essence of IRP is that it is a time bound recruitment
solution. The start date and period is the start point of this engagement. An
event based Calendar with appropriate review and check points is drawn out and
is accepted by the client. As with the other product offerings from Esika, IRP
too works on a “Risk/Reward” basis, meaning the client pays for performance!
